For the ones that want it quick.10/10, great service, got all my questions answered and problems solved. The only thing that I kinda miss is, that they don´t have an "new arrivals" site, but that doesn't grant a reduction in points. So much indeed I had thought this may had just been another doll owner. Jerry's posts were always so positive and helpful that I could almost visualise him as that mate of your's who can always rely on and who's always there for you. I really wanted to buy something from him but I wasn't in the market for a new doll. But the time did come so much to my excitement I did not hesitate and reached out to Jerry. His authenticity and always super helpful nature carried through the whole process. Hey everyone. I recently purchased a real lady (159cm) doll from sxdolled. This is my first doll but I will say I am very pleased. But before that, I wish to mention Jerry from sxdolled. Jerry has been there every step of they way, giving advice, answering any questions I may have, even when I asked a question he didn't know (which was rare for him to not know) he would be honest and tell me, but then he'd find out the info for me. I can't complain about a single thing from sxdolled. The site was easy to navigate, the dolls are legit, the customer service was the highest of tiers. Admittedly I went through quite a few sites, being a first time purchaser, before I found it. Thedollforum was what eventually got me to check sxdolled. Ok, now about the doll. I got exactly what I asked for. I got to go back and forth with Jerry to customize her to my liking, from hair to makeup, and extras. I asked about a possible way to avoid the States tariffs, and he along with real lady found a way. It ment I had to wait a little longer but they went good on there word, got it to me, and even threw in extra stuff. If its a star rating then I say 5 stars. If its a out of 10 rating then its 10/10.
